About
Steve is Professor of Biochemistry in the Institute of Membrane and Systems Biology, Faculty of Biological Sciences, University of Leeds. He obtained his B.A. in Natural Sciences and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge in 1973 and 1977 respectively. Following postdoctoral training at Dartmouth Medical School in the USA, he worked at the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, University of London, until joining the academic staff of the University of Leeds in 1993.
