About
Education:
B.Tech Bioinformatics (First-class), Sathyabama University, Chennai India, 2009;
Msc Bioinformatics (Distinction), University of Leicester, 2011.
Roles:
University of Leeds, Bioinformatics Researcher, November 2011-present.
Most of the research I am involved in at the BHRC involves the analysis of data generated through high-throughput methods, including Chip-Seq, Bisulphite-Seq and whole genome sequence data. Apart from the analysis of NGS data, I am involved in the local installation of GALAXY. I am interested in creating web-based pipeline for the analysis of NGS data. Much of previous work has been in the context of mapping and visualization of NGS data.
