21st July 2009 Virology and Oncology Translational Networking Lunch

The aim of these two hour networking lunchtime events is to get together people who are interested in a particular research topic, in an informal and relaxed way.  This will not be a meeting or have any presentations.  You will be asked, if you want, to introduce yourself and tells us a bit about your research for a minute or two and then you will be free to talk to whoever you want in the room and have lunch.

The event aims to hopefully serve as an introductory way of getting to know who else is interested in the same topic, speak to people that you may know of but have not met before and particularly getting scientists and clinicians discussing their research work.  This would hopefully create new ideas and translational collaborative projects.
