Governance

The BHRC governance structure was developed in conjunction with the Joint Partnership Board (JPB).  The BHRC Executive is the key decision making group for BHRC activities.  It has senior representation from all the science faculties and LTHT and its role is to lead the development of the BHRC strategy and oversee its delivery.  It reports to the JPB which provides strategic direction and guidance at an institutional level.  The BHRC Management and Operational Groups support the BHRC Executive in managing the delivery of the strategy.  A Strategic Scientific Advisory Committee has been established to ensure the BHRC has a stimulating broad strategic scientific aspect to its work.
